We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to helP. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can either return your order for a store credit, exchange it for something else, or refund.
Returned or exchanged products must be unworn, unsoiled or laundered, with all ticketing, tags and protective shields attached, in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please make sure you wear appropriate undergarments when trying on the merchandise.
Refund Return are accepted within 8 days from the delivery date.
Store Credit and Exchange Return are accepted within 30 days from the delivery date.
YES, as long as you inform us before your order is dispatched, for that you must send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as you decide to change it. If the message reaches us after your order is dispatched, we must proceed as an Exchange case, thus the shipment must be assumed by the customer.
